To be in good health
and have the condition to
accomplish the
tasks we set ourselves in life is to
have balance. To
achieve objectives beyond that
balance requires
additional structural
conditioning.

|
The human structure
consists of two entities the brain(computer)
and the
muscular skelatel system. Both
entities conditioned to work in
unison as a team make objectives
easier to attain than would otherwise
be the case. An example of the
two entities at odds with each
other can be seen when
testosterone affected young males would rather
use their brawn playing rough
and tumble games than using their brains
academically in the clasroom. Young females on the otherhand
without the hormonal burden of
their male counterparts are
able to condition
their computer and muscular skelatel systems in
co-ordination focused games thereby consistently achieving higher
marks in academic study.
See
'Structural
Co-ordination Fundamentals A Priority Agenda'.

The human structure
was made for movement to sustain itself by hunting and
gathering but the technological evolution of modern
times has often made active movement a superfluous
requirement. Sedentary people often wonder why they lack energy and
the saying
'if you don't use it you lose it'
gives them the easy answer
(see
'Limitations').
